Q: Do you accept custom requests?
A: Yes! The majority of my work is custom. Please contact me to discuss your request, I love working with people to create unique wearable works of art. I look forward to every opportunity to work with clients one on one.Â
Q: How are items shipped?
A: We ship via USPS - Most items will arrive within 3-5 business days
Q: How long do custom items take to complete?
A: Time will vary depending on the piece being created. Timelines will be given for each specific piece prior to a deposit being accepted. Most customs can be completed within 2-4 weeks. Please allow more time between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, as I receive much more custom work during this time. If you’d like to request a custom during the holiday season, please plan ahead and contact me as soon as possible so we can start working on your request right away, to ensure it can be completed before the holidays.
Q: Do you allow for payment plans or layaway?
A: Yes! I allow for layaway plans on all custom items over $250 and any ready to ship item over $300. Please contact me if you would like to put an item on layaway. Layaway plans are available over 30, 60 or 90 days. The length of time allowed depends on the price of the item being purchased. Please contact me with any layaway plan requests or questions.
If you are doing layaway on a custom item, production will not begin on a piece, until it is paid for in full.Â
Q: Where do you source your stones from?
A: I do my best to source from American lapidaries whenever possible. I work with several amazing lapidaries all over North America. By nature, gemstones come from the ground, all over the world, but I make every effort to ensure that the stones I use in my jewelry are sourced from individuals who practice fair trade and who are paid fair wages. Most of the turquoise I use in my work is mined right here in the American Southwest. I select each piece by hand for its quality, color and size.Â
Origin of stone(s) may be unknown. Cabochon(s) may or may not include backing. Gemstone(s) may include natural inclusions. Jewelry is handmade and has been oxidized to give it character and create a classic look. Please do not hesitate to ask questions if you have any concerns.
